We ask that you review your purchase and read the item descriptions carefully before you place your order. If you are unsure about the size of the stones or have other questions about the piece, please contact us before you order. If you are not happy with your item when you receive it, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping cannot be refunded).

In the event you receive an item that does have a defect, and we determine it was due to negligence on our part, we will gladly repair it or exchange it for a similar item.
