Q: Will I receive the exact item that is pictured?
A: Yes! Your piece will be the exact piece that is pictured. All Earth Cultured jewelry is one of a kind, and we feel it is our duty to describe each piece genuinely and with as much detail as possible.
Q: What is included with my purchase?
A: Every necklace includes a description of the metaphysical properties of your designated semi-precious stone!
For Example, if you purchase an amethyst necklace, your amethyst necklace will include an insert that describes its metaphysical healing properties, like this: Amethyst Attributes
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We try to ship you order same day when possible; and we guarantee shipment within 24 hours from receipt of order. We ship priority mail via USPS with tracking ID. Shipping time is usually 2-3 days (it could take longer during December). We ship from San Francisco, California.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Domestic Shipping is $5.50 and includes a tracking ID via priority mail.
International Shipping is $13.00
Q: What carrier do you use for shipping?
A: We use USPS to deliver our products.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: If you live in California, you will be charged 9.5% sales tax. At this time we are not required to collect sales tax in other states.
Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: Yes, we do! If you have a particular request: (stone, stone combination (multiple stone pendant), or color scheme, chain length…) please email us at earthcultured@yahoo.com. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. All custom orders are final.
Q: Is there a guarantee?
A: We guarantee our items to be free of defects in craftsmanship and materials upon delivery. We thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. In the event you receive an item that does have a defect, and we determine it was due to negligence on our part, we will gladly repair it or exchange it for a similar item.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Earth Cultured jewelry. We make every effort to give you accurate pictures and descriptions on our website. We ask that you review your purchase and read the item descriptions carefully before you place your order. If you are unsure about the size of the stones or have other questions about the piece, please contact us before you order. If you are not happy with your item when you receive it, you may exchange or return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping cannot be refunded).
Q: Do I have to order my Earth Cultured jewelry online?
A: We have made every effort to make sure our website ordering is secure. However, if you prefer to place your order in person, please check our “EVENTS”, to see us in person at a local craft fair or farmer’s market.
